My methodology blends traditional strength training with functional and cardiovascular work to create dynamic, sometimes interval based, sessions that challenge both body and mind. I intentionally incorporate flexibility and balance practices to create a well-rounded foundation for long-term fitness - so you can progress and succeed on your own eventually. The goal isn't just to get stronger or fitter, but to move better, recover smarter, and feel capable in every aspect of life.
