With over a decade of experience in the weightroom, I specialize in bridging the gap between standard fitness and professional-grade athleticism. My journey began with a simple belief: that every body at any age is capable of extraordinary feats when guided by precision, science, and unwavering discipline.

My methodology blends traditional strength training with functional and cardiovascular work to create dynamic, sometimes interval based, sessions that challenge both body and mind. I intentionally incorporate flexibility and balance practices to create a well-rounded foundation for long-term fitness - so you can progress and succeed on your own eventually. The goal isn't just to get stronger or fitter, but to move better, recover smarter, and feel capable in every aspect of life. Clients often describe me as the trainer who "makes them do hard things with a smile on my face" - pushing them beyond their limits while keeping the process positive, supportive, and energizing.

coached little league flag football teams as well as high school varsity special teams and sophomore wide receivers

2024

worked with the Wilmington Sharks in the CPL and wrote training plans for Trace Willhoite who then got drafted to the NY Mets

2023-2024

worked with the University of Florida's Track and Field and Olympic Development Teams including Athletes such as Grant Holloway

2025-2026

started my own prep and ran the Paris Marathon

Chiara is a delight to work with! I’m a very old senior who has been struggling with fatigue for a couple of years. I was unable to do much exercising because of that and was really unfit when I first came to her. She challenged me without pressing too hard and I saw my strength returning.
